Routers and Switches
Routers and switches are the devices that connect your users to each other and to the outside world. These devices are the core components that identify the users and systems on your network and direct your network traffic (your data) inside and outside your organization. Route/Switch projects determine your network capabilities, limitations and direction.
The following are a few examples of route switch projects:
- Building a new network
- Expanding your current network - adding users, systems, servers, internet connections or some other expansion
- Adding or increasing wireless capabilities
- Securely connecting a remote office
