Office 2007I know it's 2009 and Microsoft Office 2007 has been out for quite a while now, but I have found that as someone who works in tech support on a daily basis a lot of folks are still using Office 2003 or just moving over to Office 2007.  Well, Microsoft decided to be generous and offer a free Add-In that will allow you to save documents to a PDF or XPS document file type.   The Add-In works with the following Microsoft Office Products:

Microsoft Office Access 2007

Microsoft Office Excel 2007

Microsoft Office InfoPath 2007

Microsoft Office OneNote 2007

Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007

Microsoft Office Publisher 2007

Microsoft Office Visio 2007

Microsoft Office Word 2007

I have been using it for quite some time now and it works very well.  It's free and very easy to download and install.  Go to the following link and follow the directions:  http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=4d951911-3e7e-4ae6-b059-a2e79ed87041&displaylang=en  or go to Google and do a search on "microsoft word 2007 pdf add in" and it will be the first link on the results page.
