Mark Sarro is the Solutions Center Managed Services Manager for Trigon Technology. He currently oversees the day to day operations of the Managed Services team and works hard to ensure that the core Trigon philosophy of Evaluate, Build and Maintain is applied in everything that they do.
Mark got his first taste of IT by working in the marketing department of an e-commerce company in the mid 90's. Over the years he turned his focus to management and customer service and has strived to provide the best quality service ever since.
In the beginning of 2007 Mark decided it was time to go back to school and pursue learning the fundamentals of Networking and Network Infrastructure management. He went on to graduate at the top of his class and attained his MCSE for Windows Server 2003 and MCTS certifications for Windows Server 2008 soon thereafter.
Mark in his spare time is a published author and accomplished musician. He also hosts a weekly talk radio show and resides in West Chester PA.
