As CTO and Senior Systems Engineer at TRIGON TECHNOLOGY GROUP in Pennsylvania he transformed the company from the ground-up, identifying strategic roadmaps and determining necessary improvements across departments within a very short period of time. Mr. Golicher also investigated, researched, and recommended new lines of business to expand offerings, including eDiscovery and offsite data backup. He recently revitalized and improved customer service relations building, communications, account management, and overall retention by benchmarking best practices and standards.
Prior to this, Mr. Golicher served as Executive Director / President for CENTRAL PENN IT SERVICES, LLC. (dba ADMISPHERE) in Pennsylvania. For over eight years, he drove and positioned the company to reach the pinnacle of success by optimizing service delivery, business development, resource performance, and accountability. He also worked as IT Consultant for TEKSYSTEMS, PA where he seamlessly delivered independent verification and validation services for a $250M comprehensive workforce development system at the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. His early career is rich with expertise as a Senior Systems Engineer, Chief Architect, Operations Manager, and Manager of Network Services for various leading IT organizations.
Mr. Golicher has an Associate degree in Electronic Technology, from York Technical Institute, York, PA. He completed the Management Certification Program at D&E Communications, Inc., Ephrata, PA. His certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Master Certified Novell Engineer (MCNE), Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), and CompTIA Project+™ Certification. He has also presented on Computer Forensics for the Pennsylvania Criminal Defense League.
